Southern Commercial Style chicken
Ingredients:
8 pieces cut-up chicken
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups water
1/2 cup cayenne pepper
1/4 cup paprika
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
oil (for frying)
Directions:
1. Hold 2 cups flour and 1/4 cup Cayenne for breading.
2. Mix all other dry ingredients in large bowl and add water.
3. Mix until smooth.
4. Add chicken and turn until coated.
5. In plastic ziploc bag, mix remaining dry ingredients.
6. Toss chicken in flour mix until completely covered.
7. In mini deep fryer, heat oil to 325.
8. Fry chicken for 15 minutes or until it floats for 1 minute.
9. Drain and serve.
