Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup flour (plain )
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Heat up skillet on med heat.
  2. Pour flour in a bowl(add salt & pepper).
  3. In another bowl,mix milk & egg.
  4. Dip chicken in milk mix.
  5. Then roll in flour mix until coated.
  6. Place in skillet,cook until no longer pink inside.
  7. I cook my chicken for an hr,turning every 15 minutes.
