Fried Cheese Sticks with Dip

Ingredients:
1/2 lb melting cheese (provolne,mozzarella,gruyere,ect.)
flour, for coating
2 eggs, beaten
dry breadcrumbs (i use seasoned)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 teaspoons minced green onions
2 teaspoons minced parsley
1 teaspoon minced capers
Directions:
1. Cut cheese into 2-1/2 x 1/2-inch sticks.
2. Dust with flour.
3. Dip in beaten egg and then into breadcrumbs.
4. Press crumbs around cheese; dip again in egg mixture and then crumbs once again to make a firm coating.
5. Make sure all the cheese has a good coating of the bread crumbs.
6. Refrigerate until time to serve.
7. Heat deep fryer to 375 degrees.
8. Fry 3 or 4 at a time, turning once if necessary, until desired browness is reached.
9. Remove and drain on papertowels.
10. Repeat until all are cooked.
11. For dip, combine remaining ingredients and serve as a dip for cheese or dip in your favorite marinara sauce.
