Another from the old Lebanese cookbook. I happen to like cauliflower and love this recipe!
Ingredients:
1 medium cauliflower
2 eggs
2 t flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 cups oil for frying
Directions:
1. Cut cauliflower in flowerettes and parboil.
2. Drain and set aside.
3. Slightly beat eggs, with flour, salt & pepper.
4. Heat oil in skillet.
5. Dip each flowerette into the egg mix.
6. Fry in the oil until golden brown.
7. Drain on a paper towel.
8. Serve still warm.
