this is very tasty .
Ingredients:
4 - 5- carrots---peeled and sliced diagonally
salt and pepper
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 cup yoghurt
some chopped fresh mint or dried , fresh is better..
some caraway seeds
Directions:
1. mix salt pepper in flour and dredge the carrots in it.
2. fry the carrots in the hot oil until browned and seared
3. mix in the yoghurt and garnish with the mint and or caraway seeds
