2 1/2 lbs. squid, cleaned and cut into rings, 2 large cloves crushed garlic, 1 cup flour seasoned with 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1 tsp. baking powder and a pinch of cayenne pepper, plain breadcrumbs - i recommend the '4c' brand breadcrumbs. corn oil for deep frying. |
