you will either really like this dish or really don't. My family likes it. This goes really well with pinto beans and any pork
Ingredients:
1 onion- diced
1 tomato- diced
2 cloves of garlic-diced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp.cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 jar of cactus
oil- enough to cover bottom of skillet well
Directions:
1. Put the cactus in a colinder, rinse and let drain.
2. Sautee onion. Add tomato,garlic, salt, cumin, oregano.Fry for about three to five minutes.
3. Add cactus and fry for about ten muinutes.
4. Serve immediately.
