Ingredients:
1 small cabbage, shredded
2 tbsp butter or bacon drippings
diced bacon (optional)
2 tbsp vinegar
Directions:
1. Boil shredded cabbage fdor 8 minutes; let cool.
2. Put drained cabbage in frying pan with 2 tbsp butter or drippings and fry until brown, then add 2 tbsp vinegar.
