I love these fried you should try it. Dip them into ranch and it is a real treat!!
Ingredients:
1 package fresh brussel sprouts
4 tbs extra virgin olive oil
1/2 diced onion
1 cup chicken broth
Directions:
1. Wash and cut Brussels in half
2. place extra virgin olive oil in medium skillett
3. add onion sautee' until almost done
4. add Brussels make sure and add them to the pan flat side down
5. once the brussels start to brown add about 1/2-1 cup chicken broth
6. flip the brussels a couple of times once they are soft remove from heat and serve.
7. ENJOY!!
