Fried Bologna Sandwich

This sandwich is definately a 'Burgh' thing...Enjoy!
Ingredients:
4 slices bologna
2 slices american cheese
1 egg
hot mustard
sliced tomatoes
lettuce
salt and pepper, optional
2 thick slices italian bread
Directions:
1. In a dry pan, over medium heat, fry the bologna until slightly browned on both sides; set aside.
2. In the same pan, fry the egg in a little butter or olive oil until done to your liking.
3. Place bologna, cheese and fried egg on one slice of bread.
4. Top with lettuce and tomotoes.
5. Season with salt and pepper, optional.
6. Spread other slice of bread with hot mustard, and place on top of sandwich and cut in half.
7. Serve.
8. NOTE: You can also make this without the fried egg. It's delicious either way! Also, feel free to use any mustard of choice, this just happens to be my favorite way to eat this, or omit the mustard and top with ketchup or mayonnaise instead.
