Ingredients:
6 bananas
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 teaspoons sugar
1 dash cinnamon
1 dash ginger
butter or oil (for frying)
Directions:
1. Peel bananas.
2. Fry until light golden brown.
3. Add lemon juice, then sugar, cinnamon and ginger.
4. Let simmer a few minutes and serve immediately.
