Fried Arvi Or Colcassia

Colcassia fried with onion &green chillies.
Ingredients:
1 kg arvi/colcassia
1 medium onion,sliced
1 tsp white cumin seeds
pinch of nigella
1 tbsp salt(or to taste)
2-3 green chillies,chopped
1/4 cup oil
Directions:
1. Wash arvi/colcassia.Let it dry,then peel and slice in thin slices,lengthwise.
2. Heat oil in a wok and fry the sliced onion till light browned.
3. Add cumin seeds and nigella.Fry for few seconds,then add arvi/colcassia,green chillies and salt.
4. Cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes on medium heat ,stirring ocassionaly.
5. Reduce the heat to low and cook,uncovered,stirring ocassionaly until arvi/colcassia is tender.
6. Transfer to a serving dish.Sprinkle lemon juice and serve with Roti/Naan.
