Ingredients:
6 onions, sliced and separated into rings
2 tablespoons butter
6 tart apples, cut into 1/4-inch wedges
3 tablespoons brown sugar
Directions:
1. Cook onions in butter over medium heat 3-5 minutes.
2. Add apples and brown sugar.
3. Cover and cook 15-20 minutes until apples are tender.
