I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Ossg Recipes.
Ingredients:
1 medium apple
1/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon equal sugar substitute (or other sugar subtitute)
Directions:
1. Peel and core apple, slice into 1/4 inch thick slices.
2. Heat butter in skillet, add 1 teaspoon cinnamon, place apple rings in heated butter mixture.
3. Fry until tender.
4. Put on plate, cool slightly.
5. Mix remaining Equal and cinnamon, sprinkle on rings.
