Ingredients:
1 cup olive oil
1 pound marcona or blanched almonds, skinned
sea salt
Directions:
1. Heat oil to 350°. Add almonds and cook, stirring constantly, until golden. Remove almonds with a slotted spoon. Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with sea salt.
