You can use my fresh white cheese or yogurt cheese for this recipe or you can purchase cheese. This recipe is from “The Good Stuff” Cookbook by Helen Witty
Ingredients:
1 cup firm fresh white cheese or yogurt cheese
1/4 to 1/3 cup crumbled bleu, roquefort, saga or gorgonzola cheese
1 medium clove garlic, minced to a fine pulp
Directions:
1. Beat the cheeses together and add the garlic. Let mellow for an hour or two at room temperature before serving. Lefto-overs will keep. Refrigerated for 2 or 3 days.
