Ingredients:
1 teaspoon(s) french dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper (optional)
2/3 cup(s) olive oil
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt (optional)
1 tablespoon(s) sugar (optional)
3 - 4 teaspoon(s) vinegar (cider vinegar preferred)
1 tablespoon(s) wine (optional)
Directions:
1. *** Prepare fresh several minutes before serving.
2. Put mustard in the bowl you will use to whisk the dressing in. Add optional ingredients to the mustard. Gradually dribble in the vinegar while whisking briskly. Keep whisking until all the vinegar has been added and you have a smooth paste. Still whisking, gradually add in the oil. Continue whisking until smooth.
