1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup bran
2/3 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/3 tbsp maple syrup
1/3 tbsp tahini
1 1/3 tbsp safflower oil
1 1/2 cup almond breeze 101654
Directions:
1. Mix wet.
2. Mix dry.
3. Mix wet and dry.
4. Let sit 5 minutes.
5. Pan fry in canola oil.
