Ingredients:
12 lbs tomatoes, chopped
4 medium onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 bunch celery, chopped
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup salt
1 1/2-1 3/4 cups flour
Directions:
1. Simmer tomatoes, onions, green pepper, and celery for 1 hour; force through a sieve. Blend remaining ingredients; add to tomato juice. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Soup may be sealed in sterilized jars or stored in refrigerator.
