Fresh Tomatillo Green Chile Salsa

This is a fresh medium-spicy salsa that is easy to make and delicious! If you want a milder salsa cut amount of peppers in half.
Ingredients:
1 pound tomatillos, husked, rinsed, and rough chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 onion, chopped
2 serrano peppers chopped (or 1 jalapeƱo pepper) (add more to taste if you like it spicy)
1/2 cup packed cilantro leaves
1 teaspoon salt (heaping)
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 lime (juice of)
1/2 cup water
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse to combine. Blend on low speed until a coarse puree is formed. Add more salt or lime to taste. Salsa can be thinned with more water if desired.
