Any type of fruit and jello could be used. Top with cool whip for an extra treat. Ingredients:
2 cups fresh sliced strawberries |
3 tablespoons cornstarch |
1/3 ounce sugar-free strawberry gelatin |
1 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute |
1 cup water |
Directions:
1. In saucepan combine water, spenda, and cornstarch. Heat to a boil until thickened and clear. Remove from heat and add jello. Put strawberries in a bowl and then pour jello mixture over them. Mix lightly. |
