Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slowly mix dry ingredients with water and oil
  2. Beat at medium speed for 3 to 4 minutes
  3. Add egg yolks one at a time
  4. Add half of the bag of strawberries (you can use fresh strawberries chopped)
  5. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites
  6. Bake in 3 greased and floured 9 inch cake pans for 35 to 40 minutes at 325 degrees
  7. Icing:
  8. Mix and beat ingredients together until smoooth
  9. Ice cooled cake between each layer and on top
