Ingredients:
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/2 small red onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 (4-oz.) can diced green chiles
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Directions:
1. Combine chopped tomatoes, lime juice, red onion, and remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
