This is great for a summer time dinner party...And make it a few hours before and all the flavors just come together
Ingredients:
2 cups of cherry tomatotes cut in 1/2
1/2 red onion diced
fresh cilantro
lime
salt
4-5 cloves of crushed garlic
1 cup of frozen corn
Directions:
1. Cut the tomatoes in half, place in your serving bowl.
2. Add a little salt (1/2 tsp) to put water out of tomatoes
3. Crush garlic into tomatoes
4. Squeeze 1/2 of a fresh lime over salsa
5. Toss in 1 cup thawed corn
6. Add fresh cilantro to salsa to taste (the cilantro gives it the fresh taste of summer)
7. ENJOY as always
