This is simple and quick to fix. Salad on the side and you have dinner. I left the quantities off to allow you to make it your own.
Ingredients:
pasta (i like angel hair)
tomato, chopped (fresh)
olive, chopped (kalamata or green)
mozzarella cheese, cubed
olive oil (just a splash)
lime juice (lemon will do)
parsley (fesh best)
chives (fresh best)
salt
pepper
Directions:
1. Cook your pasta al dente.
2. While it is cooking place the olive oil in a hot pan. Add the tomatoes, olives, lime juice.
3. Drain and add the pasta. Mix well. Add spices and mozzerella. Mix well.
4. Serve and enjoy.
