Great treat for a hot summer day! You'll need to double the recipe, 'cause you'll want more!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup crushed ice
1/2 fresh orange, peeleed,seeded,and cut into chunks
1/2 fresh lemon juice, from
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 dash club soda or 1 dash perrier seltzer water
1 whole strawberry (to garnish)
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine the ice, lemon juice, and sugar.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a 10 ounce glass.
4. Fill with club soda or Perrier and garnish.
5. Enjoy!
