Fresh Mozzarella-Tomato-Basil Salad

Ingredients:
1/2 lb fresh mozzarella cheese
2 large tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste
3 tablespoons olive oil
fresh ground pepper
1/2 cup fresh basil, shredded or chopped
Directions:
1. Cut mozzarella into 12 slices.
2. Slice tomatoes; sprinkle evenly with salt.
3. Alternate cheese and tomato slices on a platter.
4. Drizzle with olive oil.
5. Cover and chill 4 hours.
6. Sprinkle with fresh ground pepper and basil before serving.
