  1. Chop up the fresh herbs and garlic and chop up the lettuce and arrange beautifully on a plate. add ing onions, artichoke hearts, hearts of palm, tomatoes, slivered celery slices, parsley, basil, mint and season with orange and lemon peel spices...add fresh olive oil and vinegar and serve with a glass of wine and some great french bread....top with fresh cheese if wanted and bon appetit...
