1 garlic clove, chopped
4 ounces mild goat cheese
2/3 cup nonfat cottage cheese
3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
Directions:
1. In food processor, combine garlic, goat cheese and cottage cheese; process until smooth.
2. Transfer spread to serving bowl and stir in herbs.
3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
