Fresh Ginger Sauce

From 1001 Low Fat Recipes. This would be great on the chocolate angel food cake I get from PCC.
Ingredients:
1 cup boiling water
2 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger
3 tablespoons honey
1 -2 tablespoon margarine
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Directions:
1. Pour boiling water over ginger and honey in a small saucepan.
2. Cover; let stand 30 minutes.
3. Cook over medium heat until boiling; reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
4. Strain; stir in margarine and lemon juice. Serve warm or cold.
