Ingredients:
4 cups sliced banana (about 8 medium)
4 cups cubed cantaloupe
1 medium avocado, peeled and sliced
lettuce leaves
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon celery seeds
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Arrange 1/2 cup banana, 1/2 cup cantaloupe, and one-eighth of avocado on each of 8 lettuce-lined salad plates.
2. Place sugar and next 7 ingredients (sugar through salt) in a blender; process until well-blended. Drizzle 2 tablespoons dressing over each salad.
