Another recipe for smart eating taken from Home Cooking magazine. This makes up into a nice low calorie breakfast drink, or refresher for the middle of the day.
Ingredients:
1 large banana, ripe
1/2 cup mango, cubed
1/2 cup ice, crushed
2 tablespoons orange juice
Directions:
1. Place banana, mango, ice and orange juice in blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
