Fresh Fruit Salad with Lime-Ginger Syrup

Any combination of fresh fruit will work for this salad. The syrup can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon grated lime rind
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
1 1/2 cups (1-inch) cubed fresh pineapple
1/2 cup cubed peeled ripe mango (about 2 large)
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
2 kiwifruit, peeled and cubed
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook 5 minutes or until reduced to 1/2 cup, whisking constantly. Remove from heat; cool. Stir in lime and orange rinds.
2. Combine pineapple and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Pour syrup over fruit; toss gently to coat. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
