Ingredients:
1 (8-ounce) carton low-fat sour cream
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 3/4 cups sliced banana (about 2 small)
1 1/2 cups chopped apple (about 2 small)
1 1/2 cups chopped pear (about 2 medium)
1 1/4 cups fresh orange sections (about 2 medium)
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients, stirring well. Combine banana and remaining 3 ingredients in a large bowl; toss well.
2. To serve, spoon fruit mixture evenly into each of 7 bowls; top evenly with sour cream mixture.
3. Tip: This is a good salad to prepare in the fall and early winter because apples, pears, and oranges are at their peak.
