Fresh Fruit Cream Cake

Huge fan of Fresh fruits . So here it is , done with so much tension , must admit . Mess on the sides and uneven top can be covered with chocolate pieces / layers of fruits or watever you desire .
Ingredients:
5 large eggs
3/4 c sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
3/4 c flour
1/3 c cornstarch
pinch of salt
filling
mangoes , diced
2 cups whip cream
icing sugar
fresh fruits glazed in sugar syrup
kiwis
apricots
strawberries
orange with skin
berries
Directions:
1. Pre heat the oven to 175 degrees
2. Grease a 9 inch pan
3. Beat the Eggs until fluffy and double the volume .
4. Add sugar and Vanilla . Beat .
5. Sift the flour and salt
6. Fold into eggs .
7. Mix gently in round movements , right until it is mixed .
8. Pour into cake pan and bake 30 to 45 mins .
9. Cool completely .
10. Halve the cake .
11. Keep one half on the cake board .
12. Whip the cream and the icing sugar . Spread 3 tbsp on the cake and spread the mangoes ( and/ or ur fave fruits ) .
13. Keep the other half cake on top .
14. Spread the cream evenly on top ( and on sides ) .
15. Arrange the Fresh Fruits on top .
16. Dust some Icing Sugar on top .
