Fresh Figs n' Cream Filling

This is a filling recipe for crepes/pancakes. Enjoy! It's from the Weekend magazine.
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon butter
1 1/2 cups fresh figs, finely minced
3/4 cup refrigerated thick labneh or 3/4 cup sour cream
3/4 cup cream
honey
2 tablespoons walnuts, finely chopped
Directions:
1. Warm butter in a non-stick frying pan.
2. Add figs.
3. Saute on low flame for 2 minutes.
4. Remove from flame.
5. Set aside to cool.
6. Combine labneh and minced figs.
7. Mix well.
8. Spread a thin layer of the mixture.
9. Fold the crepe into a fan shape.
10. Repeat the procedure with all the crepes.
11. Combine the cream with honey to taste in a bowl.
12. Mix well.
13. Top each folded crepe with a tbsp.
14. of cream.
15. Sprinkle chopped walnuts over it.
16. Enjoy your dessert!
