Wonderful alternative cranberry side dish
Ingredients:
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 cup quick oatmeal, uncooked
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
3 medium apples, diced
1 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup margarine
Directions:
1. Combine the first 5 ingredients; add fruit and nuts, mixing well. Spread in a casserole; top with margarine.
2. bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
