Fresh Corn Salad

This recipe was featured at a Fresh Market in-store tasting. It is an absolutely delicious no-cook side dish. I used the smaller grape tomatoes.
Ingredients:
5 ears corn, husks and silk removed
2 limes, juice of
1 (8 ounce) package cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 (4 ounce) package feta cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons red onions, minced
2 teaspoons cumin
3 tablespoons cilantro, finely minced
1 tablespoon chili powder
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine chili powder, cumin and lime juice.
2. Slowly add olive oil and combine thoroughly.
3. With sharp knife, remove corn kernels from cob and set cob aside.
4. Add kernels, onion, tomatoes, and feta cheese to mixture.
5. Milk the cob by rubbing the blunt edge of a knife or spoon on the stripped cob and add to mixture.
6. Toss mixture well.
7. Garnish with fresh cilantro and season with salt and pepper, if desired.
