Ingredients:
8 ears corn, remove kernels and juices to core in large bowl
2/3 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons butter, salted
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
2. Pur into greased casserole dish.
3. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
4. Do NOT let dry out.
5. It should be warmed thorugh and creamy!
