Fresh Buffalo Milk Ricotta with Orange Marmalade , Honey and Toasted Pine Nuts (Bobby Flay)

Ingredients:
2 cups fresh buffalo milk ricotta, or fresh cow's milk whole milk ricotta
1/2 cup good-quality orange marmalade, warmed
1/2 cup orange blossom honey
3 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
Directions:
1. Divide the cheese among 4 bowls. Top the cheese with a large dollop each of orange marmalade and honey. Sprinkle with the pine nuts.
2. *Cook's Note: Toast pine nuts in a small skillet on the grill or on a burner over medium-low heat. Alternatively, toast pine nuts in a toaster oven.
