Salsa dip or topping to entree
Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained
1/2 cup salsa
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
2 small tomatoes, chopped
1/2 lime, juice of
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded & chopped
cilantro, chopped
1 -2 jalapeno, seeded & chopped
1 -2 garlic clove, crushed
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
salt & pepper
Directions:
1. Mix all together, toss & refrigerate. Serve with tortilla chips.
