Try this over a salad of fresh fruits and greens.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup olive oil
Directions:
1. Process first 6 ingredients in a blender until smooth.
2. With blender running, gradually add oil in a slow, steady stream.
3. Process until smooth.
