1 cup milk
1/2 banana
4 teaspoons instant vanilla pudding (i use sugar free, fat free)
1 scoop ice cream flavored vanilla whey protein powder
2 -3 tablespoons banana nut crunch cereal (i omit)
ice
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a blender. Enjoy!
