Ingredients:
2 cups french-fried onions
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup flour
Directions:
1. Crush onions in plastic bag with 1/4 cup flour.
2. Dip chicken in egg.
3. Coat chicken in onion mixture and press crumbs firmly into chicken.
4. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
