French Vanilla Banana Cream Pie

I saw this recipe in Family Circle magazine this month. I love banana cream pie and this looked so delicious and easy I just had to try it! This is a fabulous pie... little effort and oh so good! Cook time = chill time.
Ingredients:
1 banana, sliced
1 premade graham cracker pie crust
2 cups cold milk
2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages french vanilla instant pudding
2 cups thawed french vanilla cool whip
Directions:
1. Place banana slices in crust.
2. Pour milk into bowl.
3. Add pudding.
4. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes.
5. Gently stir in one cup of Cool Whip; spoon into crust.
6. Refrigerate 4 hours.
7. Top pie with remaining Cool Whip.
