French Toast Fruit Kabobs with Dip

Strips of golden-brown French toast and chunks of your favorite fruit are threaded onto skewers then dipped in a fruity yogurt mix for a fun and tasty treat.
Ingredients:
french toast
2 eggs
1 tablespoon milk
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon maple syrup
4 slices bread
butter for frying
fresh fruit such as strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, bananas
dip
1/4 cup plain greek style yogurt
1 tablespoon smucker'sĀ® simple blendsĀ® summer fruit fruit spread
Directions:
1. Kabobs: Combine first 4 ingredients. Dip bread into mixture and fry in melted butter until golden on both sides. Cut into strips and thread strips on skewers alternating with the fruit of your choice.
2. Dip: Combine all ingredients and serve with kabobs.
