I never liked French toast until I found how to manipulate the flavor so it was not so egg-y. My kids eat this up and want to have it everyday. I like to add extra cinnamon.
Ingredients:
3 eggs
2 cups milk
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
4 -6 slices bread
2 teaspoons butter
Directions:
1. Mix eggs, milk, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl. Beat well so that it is well mixed. Heat skillet on medium and add a teaspoon of butter. Soak bread slices and place in skillet once butter is melted. Fry until it is brown and flip to brown other side.
