French Style Banana Butter Cream

Everything a pastrychef would love to fill their cakes and pastries with, and then some. The banana compound can be purchased here, and I believe that this recipe is notated here as well.
Ingredients:
5 ea eggs
200 g / 7 oz sugar
500 g /17.6 oz butter
3 g /0.11 oz salt
100 g / 3.5 oz banana compound
Directions:
1. Beat eggs and sugar in temperate double boiler until smooth. Remove from bowl from double broiler and continue to stir until mixture has cooled. Beat butter and salt until smooth and white in color. Carefully combine egg mixture and butter. Add Banana Compound to mixture and refrigerate.
