French Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Put all of the liquid ingredients in a blender, then put the dry ingredients into the blender.
  2. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds.
  3. Pour into a bottle and chill.
  4. Makes 2 3/4 cups of delicious dressing!
  5. This is a loose adaptation of a recipe from the New Hampshire Maple Producers Association.
