French Pancakes With Fruit Sauce

Ingredients:
pancakes
2/3 cup flour
1 tbs corn meal
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 tbs brown sugar
fruit sauce
1 cup orange juice
1 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs butter
1/4 cup mashed banana
2 tbs brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 lg oranges, sectioned
Directions:
1. Pancakes: Mix dry ingredients, add milk and egg unbeaten; beat with a rotary beater until thoroughly mixed; drop spoonfuls on a lightly oiled griddle and cook until kight brown on each side. These should be very thin. Roll and serve immediately, with hot fruit sauce.
2. Fruit sauce: Heat all ingredients except orange sections for 5 minutes, without allowing to boil; add orange sections and pour around hot French pancakes.
